Four years ago, the motorcade containing the body of the late Sen. Edward Kennedy made a stop on the East Front of the Capitol for a brief ceremony before heading to Arlington National Ceremony, where the senator was laid to rest beside his brothers, Robert F. Kennedy and John F. Kennedy. Former staff, friends and members of Congress gathered to greet the motorcade.
